Credit/Debit Card is currently offered in checkout. The payment provider presents the eligible cards and completes payment through its secure payment flow.

What can I find here?

Our store offers reusable water bottles, tumblers, coffee drinkware, bags and bottle accessories. The catalogue also includes pet bowls and bottle-cleaning products.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Checkout shows delivery charges and whether free shipping applies. Normal processing is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 3–5 business days. Timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return something after changing my mind?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges, including a change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong item. Request a mailed return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new and unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories. Obtain authorization before sending a parcel.

Who pays for the return label?

A free return label is included in the package. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to available inventory.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete?

Send your order number, checkout email, a description of the problem, and clear product and packaging photos or video. We will review the request and advise on the next step.

When will an approved refund be processed?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days; the payment institution controls any later posting time.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Use the payment options actually displayed for your order at checkout. Availability may depend on the provider and transaction.
