Refund Policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges. Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Eligible merchandise must be new and unused, remain in its original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, accessories and accompanying materials.

A change of mind, personal preference or selecting the wrong item is a valid reason for a non-defective return. We also review damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing parts and items materially different from their description. Every request needs the order number, checkout email and an explanation. For damage, defects, incorrect goods or missing parts, include photos or video of the product and packaging.

Returns are sent by mail, but authorization is required before mailing anything back. A free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on actual stock availability. Following approval, we process refunds to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
