Shipping Policy

This policy covers physical products ordered from our store for delivery within the United States. Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; weekends, holidays, weather, heavy demand and carrier disruptions can affect progress.

Available services, charges and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout. Please provide an accurate delivery address, email and phone number. Tracking details are supplied when available, and carrier scans may take time to update. Some items, destinations or address types may be subject to delivery restrictions.

If a shipment is delayed, appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, contact us for a review. Check the delivery area and household first when tracking says delivered. For assistance, provide the order number, checkout email and tracking number, together with an explanation. Retain damaged packaging and send product and package photos so we can investigate with the carrier.
